AB604-ASA1-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the substitute amendment as follows:

AB604-ASA1-AA2,1,3 1. Page 4, line 8: delete “fairgrounds," and substitute “fairgrounds and public parks,".

AB604-ASA1-AA2,1,5 2. Page 5, line 1: delete “make that designation" and substitute “designate any public property of the political subdivision as a structured camping facility".

AB604-ASA1-AA2,1,6 3. Page 5, line 3: on lines 3 and 5, after “designate" insert “any".

AB604-ASA1-AA2,1,10 4. Page 5, line 7: after “subdivision" insert “only if the political subdivision had a homeless population above the per capita statewide average for political subdivisions in any of the immediately preceding 2 statewide counts of homeless population in the state, as determined by the department".
