AB626-AA1,1,3 1. Page 2, line 3: after “controlled substance" insert “, a controlled substance analog,".

AB626-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 5: delete “mother or".

AB626-AA1,1,6 3. Page 2, line 8: after “controlled substance" insert “or a controlled substance analog".

AB626-AA1,1,8 4. Page 2, line 11: after “controlled substance" insert “or a controlled substance analog".

AB626-AA1,2,2 5. Page 3, line 13: delete the material beginning with “anticipated" and ending with “48.38" on line 15 and substitute “date established by the court or a review panel under s. 48.38 (5) (c) 5. or by the court under s. 48.38 (5m) (e) at the child's most recent permanency review or permanency hearing prior to the filing of the petition for termination of parental rights”.
