AB675-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB675-AA1,1,4 21. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with “a nurse” and ending with
3“States" on page 2, line 2, and substitute “any of the following if the individual is
4licensed to practice in any state or territory of the United States:
AB675-AA1,1,55 (a) A nurse.
AB675-AA1,1,66 (b) A practical nurse.
AB675-AA1,1,77 (c) A chiropractor.
AB675-AA1,1,88 (d) A physician assistant.
AB675-AA1,1,99 (e) A physician.”.
AB675-AA1,1,11 102. Page 2, line 4: after “coronavirus," insert “or any variant or virus derived
11as a mutation of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus,”.
AB675-AA1,2,4 123. Page 2, line 6: after “the employer," insert “and if the employer is not
13otherwise prohibited by law from requiring an employee or prospective employee to

1receive a vaccine against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or any variant or virus
2derived as a mutation of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, to show proof of having
3received such a vaccine, or to be regularly tested for COVID-19 as a condition of an
4offer of employment or continued employment,".

AB675-AA1,2,23 18(3) No employer may discriminate against an employee who provides evidence
19of natural immunity under sub. (2) in the individual's employment, including
20requiring the employee to self-isolate, wear a face covering, or work in an area
21outside of the employee's usual work area if the employer does not require the same
22of employees who provide proof of vaccination or who undergo regular testing for
23COVID-19.”.
