AB826-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB826-AA1,1,8 1. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with that line and ending with page 2, line 2, and substitute “The department shall make available training to all employees on the use of devices or containers containing a combination of oleoresin of capsicum or CS gel, as defined in s. 941.26 (1c) (a), and inert ingredients. The department may not prohibit an employee from carrying any such device or container or from using the device or container if the employee has completed the training under this section and if the employee is acting in an official capacity.”.

AB826-AA1,1,10 2. Page 2, line 4: delete the material beginning with “acting" and ending with “capacity." on line 5 and substitute “who is in compliance with s. 301.283.”.
