SENATE AMENDMENT 1, TO ASSEMBLY JOINT RESOLUTION 57

AJR57-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the joint resolution as follows:

AJR57-SA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 9: delete “2021." and substitute “2021; and, be it further".

AJR57-SA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 9: after that line insert:

AJR57-SA1,1,4 “Resolved, That:

AJR57-SA1,1 Section 1. 2021-2022 Session schedule modified. The session schedule of the legislature set forth by 2021 Senate Joint Resolution 1, as it relates to the conduct of special sessions, is modified as follows:

AJR57-SA1,1,10 (1) Conduct of special sessions. A roll call is required to convene a special session, and the names of those members present and those absent shall be entered on the journal. A special session may not be adjourned unless a quorum is present.”.
