SB178-SA1,1,2 1. Page 6, line 10: delete lines 10 to 14 and substitute:

SB178-SA1,1,3 “ Section 4m. 5.06 (5m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB178-SA1,1,8 5.06 (5m) During an investigation under this section, the commission may issue a preliminary order of limited duration to an election official to require that the election official conform his or her conduct to the law, restrain from taking any action inconsistent with the law, or correct any action or decision inconsistent with the law.”.
