SB194-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB194-SA1,1,2 1. Page 3, line 5: delete “2022," and substitute “2023,".

SB194-SA1,1,3 2. Page 3, line 13: delete lines 13 to 14 and substitute:

SB194-SA1,1,11 “(1) If a rule is promulgated under scope statement 148-20 by the department of health services to add Pompe disease to the list of disorders for which newborns must be tested under s. 253.13 (1), or if a substantially similar rule is promulgated by the department of health services to add Pompe disease to the list of disorders for which newborns must be tested under s. 253.13 (1), then the department shall submit to the legislative reference bureau a notice specifying that the rule has been promulgated and this act takes effect on the same date as the effective date of that rule.”.
