SB268-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB268-SA2,1,6 1. Page 1, line 7: after “12." insert “Each such election official performing duties during a recount under s. 9.01 shall be paid the same daily compensation as each other election official in the same county performing similar duties during the recount, and that daily compensation may not exceed the highest rate paid in the county for similar duties performed during the election.".

SB268-SA2,1,8 2. Page 2, line 5: delete the material beginning with “Compensation" and ending with “election." on line 6.
