SB630-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 10: after “property;" insert “actual or market rent;".
SB630-SA1,1,7 32. Page 2, line 14: after “assessor." insert “For purposes of this subsection,
4“actual or market rent” means the most probable rent that a property should bring
5in a competitive and open market reflecting all conditions and restrictions of the
6lease agreement, including permitted uses, use restrictions, expense obligations,
7term, concessions, renewal and purchase options, and tenant improvements.
