SB811-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB811-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 2: delete “five" and substitute “3".

SB811-SA1,1,3 2. Page 2, line 5: after that line insert:

SB811-SA1,1,4 “ Section 2. 943.50 (4s) of the statutes is created to read:

SB811-SA1,1,9 943.50 (4s) When multiple violations of sub. (1m) (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), or (f) are committed by 3 or more individuals at the same time and in the same place, in concert, the acts shall be considered as one crime and the value of the property shall be aggregated for the purposes of determining the penalty for the violation under sub. (4).”.
