SB867-SSA1-SA1,1,2 21. Page 2, line 2: delete lines 2 to 6 and substitute:
SB867-SSA1-SA1,1,8 3“59.692 (1f) (b) 1. Allows the buffer zone to contain a an access and viewing
4corridor that is at least 35 feet wide for every 100 feet of shoreline frontage. A county
5shoreland zoning ordinance may not establish a maximum width along the shoreline
6for an access and viewing corridor that is less than 10 feet or 35 percent of the
7shoreline frontage, whichever is greater, except that the ordinance may not permit
8the width of an access and viewing corridor to exceed 200 feet
