AB129-ASA1,1,2 An Act to create 940.225 (2) (L) of the statutes; relating to: sexual assault by a health care provider and providing a penalty.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

AB129-ASA1,1 Section 1. 940.225 (2) (L) of the statutes is created to read:

AB129-ASA1,1,7 940.225 (2) (L) Is a health care provider under s. 146.81 (1) (a) to (hp) and has sexual contact or sexual intercourse with an individual to whom the health care provider is providing health care services if that individual does not consent to the sexual contact or sexual intercourse.
