AB266-AA1,1,2 1. Page 7, line 25: after that line insert:

AB266-AA1,1,3 “ Section 18e. 66.1015 (title) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB266-AA1,1,5 66.1015 (title) Municipal rent control , and inclusionary zoning , prohibited.

AB266-AA1,18g Section 18g. 66.1015 (1) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB266-AA1,1,9 66.1015 (1) No Except as provided in sub. (3) (b), no city, village, town or county may regulate the amount of rent or fees charged for the use of a residential rental dwelling unit.

AB266-AA1,18j Section 18j. 66.1015 (3) (b) of the statutes is amended to read:

AB266-AA1,1,12 66.1015 (3) (b) No A city, village, town, or county may enact, impose, or and enforce an inclusionary zoning requirement.”.
