AB45-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB45-AA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 1: delete that line and substitute:

AB45-AA1,1,5 “(a) “Electric cooperative” means a cooperative association organized under ch. 185 for the purpose of producing or furnishing heat, light, power, or water to its members only.

AB45-AA1,1,6 (am) “Greenhouse gas” has the meaning given in s. 285.78 (1) (c).”.

AB45-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 7: after “public utility" insert “or electric cooperative".

AB45-AA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 16: delete “utility or a" and substitute “utility, electric cooperative, or".
