AB467-AA1,1,11 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:
AB467-AA1,1,5 21. Page 5, line 14: delete “under this section" and substitute “from the
3department. The department may make announced and unannounced inspections
4and complaint investigations of crisis urgent care and observation facilities as it
5deems necessary, at reasonable times and in a reasonable manner.".
AB467-AA1,1,6 62. Page 6, line 18: delete lines 18 to 21 and substitute:
AB467-AA1,1,8 7“1. Accept referrals for crisis services for adults and, if applicable, for youth,
8including any of the following:
