21. Page 4, line 18: delete “the person is accused of or" and substitute “ a
3complaint or information is filed that alleges the person committed a covered crime
4or if the person is".

52. Page 5, line 16: delete “accusations made or charges" and substitute “a
6complaint, information, or charge".
