AB571-AA1,1,3 “ Section 18m. 7.317 of the statutes is created to read:

AB571-AA1,1,6 7.317 Training of school district clerks. The commission shall conduct regular training programs to ensure that school district clerks are knowledgeable concerning their authority and responsibilities related to school district elections.”.

AB571-AA1,1,7 2. Page 12, line 15: after that line insert:

AB571-AA1,1,8 “ Section 20m. 120.17 (11) of the statutes is created to read:

AB571-AA1,1,12 120.17 (11) At least once every 2 years during the period beginning on January 1 of each even-numbered year and ending on December 31 of the following year, attend an election training program sponsored by the elections commission under s. 7.317.”.
