AB612-AA1,1,3 3 Section 1d. 103.155 of the statutes is created to read:
AB612-AA1,1,11 4103.155 COVID-19 notice posted. (1) Each employer that does not require
5that its employees be immunized against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and that has
6any employees, volunteers, or contractors who interact in person with the public or
7customers shall post a notice in a form approved by the department that states that
8the employer does not require such an immunization. Employers that are required
9to post a notice under this subsection shall post the notice at each entrance to the
10place of employment that is typically used by the public or customers and is readily
11visible to the public or customers who are entering the place of employment.
AB612-AA1,2,2 12(2) Any individual may file a complaint with the department if the individual
13believes that an employer has violated sub. (1). The department may investigate

1violations and issue orders to enforce this section. The investigations and orders
2under this subsection shall be made as provided under s. 103.005.
AB612-AA1,2,6 3(3) An employer that employs fewer than 10 employees and that violates sub.
4(1) shall forfeit not more than $100 per violation. An employer that employs 10 or
5more employees and that violates sub. (1) shall forfeit not more than $500 for each
6violation.
AB612-AA1,2,7 7(4) The department shall promulgate rules to implement this section.”.
