AB773-AA2,1,3 “ Section 31m. 632.895 (7) (am) of the statutes is created to read:

AB773-AA2,1,9 632.865 (7) (am) Beginning on June 1, 2025, and annually thereafter, every pharmacy benefit manager shall submit to the commissioner a report that contains a list of pharmacies that were audited by the pharmacy benefit manager in the previous calendar year, including the name and address of each pharmacy audited, and a total of the money that the pharmacy benefit manager recouped and retained from the audits.”.
