AB85-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB85-AA1,1,2 1. Page 1, line 3: delete “in a first class".

AB85-AA1,1,3 2. Page 1, line 4: delete “city".

AB85-AA1,1,4 3. Page 10, line 8: delete that line.

AB85-AA1,1,5 4. Page 10, line 22: after that line insert:

AB85-AA1,1,6 “(ag) “Municipality” means a city, village, or town.”.

AB85-AA1,1,7 5. Page 10, line 23: delete “(a)" and substitute “(aq)".

AB85-AA1,1,8 6. Page 11, line 6: delete “1st class city" and substitute “municipality".

AB85-AA1,1,10 7. Page 13, line 24: after “district" insert “, if the municipality has aldermanic districts".
