SB290-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB290-SA1,1,2 1. Page 2, line 4: delete lines 4 to 6 and substitute:

SB290-SA1,1,5 “(a) “Consent” means a mutual acknowledgement obtained electronically or in writing between a person having authority to act on behalf of a restaurant and a 3rd-party food delivery service.”.

SB290-SA1,1,6 2. Page 2, line 17: after that line insert:

SB290-SA1,1,8 “1. The 3rd-party food delivery service shall provide to the restaurant a dated receipt of the request.”.

SB290-SA1,1,9 3. Page 2, line 18: delete “1." and substitute “2.".

SB290-SA1,1,10 4. Page 2, line 20: delete “2." and substitute “3.".
