SB571-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB571-SA1,1,6 1. Page 3, line 2: after “institution" insert “or material created for the institution or a college, school, department, or functional equivalent of the institution by a student acting on behalf of or in conjunction with an employee of the institution to produce material for institutional purposes and for which the employee is responsible".

SB571-SA1,1,11 2. Page 6, line 4: after “college" insert “or material created for the technical college or a school, department, or functional equivalent of the technical college by a student acting on behalf of or in conjunction with an employee of the technical college to produce material for the technical college's purposes and for which the employee is responsible".
