SENATE AMENDMENT 4, TO SENATE BILL 571

SB571-SA4,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB571-SA4,1,6 1. Page 3, line 2: after “institution" insert “or material created for the institution or a college, school, department, or functional equivalent of the institution by a student acting on behalf of or in conjunction with an employee of the institution to produce material for institutional purposes and for which the employee is responsible. “Institution-sponsored media” includes yearbooks.".
