ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1, TO SENATE BILL 66

SB66-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB66-AA1,1,3 1. Page 1, line 2: delete “endorsement." and substitute “endorsement and modifying administrative rules of the Department of Transportation.".

SB66-AA1,1,4 2. Page 2, line 7: after that line insert:

SB66-AA1,1,6 “ Section 2m. Trans 102.20 (2) (j) of the administrative code is amended to read:

SB66-AA1,1,8 Trans 102.20 (2) (j) “Seasonal employment” means a period of employment that does not exceed 180 210 days per year.

SB66-AA1,3m Section 3m. Trans 102.20 (8) (h) of the administrative code is amended to read:

SB66-AA1,1,11 Trans 102.20 (8) (h) The license may not grant farm service CDL privileges for more than 180 210 days in any calendar year.”.
