SB75-SA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB75-SA2,1,4 1. Page 3, line 23: delete the material beginning with “any of" and ending with page 4, line 5, and substitute “death or serious personal injury, whether physical or psychological.".

SB75-SA2,1,5 2. Page 4, line 7: delete lines 7 to 23 and substitute:

SB75-SA2,1,6 “969.001 (3) “Violent crime” has the meaning given in s. 165.84 (7) (ab).”.
