SB845-SA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

Page 2, line 12: after “items." insert “No person may claim the credit on the basis of qualified production property under this subd. 9. d. unless the person is engaged in a manufacturing activity classified under s. 70.995 (2) (vb) or (vd) and provides a wage of no less than $20 an hour to each of the person's employees engaged in such an activity.".
