SB85-AA1,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

SB85-AA1,1,4 1. Page 2, line 6: after “district." insert “The notice required under this subsection may be provided by email only to landowners who have agreed to receive notice via email.".

SB85-AA1,1,7 2. Page 2, line 14: after “district." insert “The notice required under this subsection may be provided by email only to electors and owners of property who have agreed to receive notice via email.".

SB85-AA1,1,8 3. Page 3, line 15: after that line insert:

SB85-AA1,1,9 “ Section 6m. 33.32 (1m) of the statutes is created to read:

SB85-AA1,1,11 33.32 (1m) The notices required under sub. (1) (c), (e), and (f) may be provided by email only to persons who have agreed to receive notices via email.”.
