AB226-AA2,1,1 At the locations indicated, amend the bill as follows:

AB226-AA2,1,4 1. Page 1, line 2: delete “school boards and independent charter schools” and substitute “public schools, including independent charter schools, and private schools participating in a parental choice program”.

AB226-AA2,1,6 2. Page 1, line 3: delete “free or reduced-price meals.” and substitute “school meals.”.

AB226-AA2,1,10 3. Page 1, line 5: delete the material beginning with “No school board or” and ending with “charter school authorized under s. 118.40 (2r) or (2x) may” on line 6 and substitute “The governing body of a public school, including a charter school, or a private school participating in a program under s. 118.60 or 119.23 may not”.

AB226-AA2,2,2 4. Page 2, line 1: delete the material beginning with “free or reduced-price meal” and ending with “1773” on line 3 and substitute “meal served by the school”.

AB226-AA2,2,6 5. Page 2, line 9: delete the material beginning with “a school board or a charter school” and ending with “authorized under s. 118.40 (2r) or (2x)” on line 10 and substitute “the governing body of a public school, including a charter school, or a private school participating in a program under s. 118.60 or 119.23”.
