This bill eliminates provisions relating to a transfer of Indian gaming receipts to the environmental fund in fiscal years 2001-02 and 2002-03.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.505 (8) (hm) 20. of the statutes is repealed.
Section
2. 25.46 (1k) of the statutes is repealed.
