This bill changes the name of the program director for crime victims compensation within DOJ to the executive director of the Office of Crime Victim Services and changes the salary assignment for that position from executive salary group one to executive salary group three.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.923 (4) (a) 3. of the statutes is repealed.
Section
2. 20.923 (4) (c) 5. of the statutes is created to read:
20.923 (4) (c) 5. Justice, department of: executive director of the office of crime victim services.
Section
3. 230.08 (2) (w) of the statutes is repealed and recreated to read:
230.08 (2) (w) The executive director of the office of crime victim services in the department of justice.
