Hazardous substances and environmental cleanup
Under current law, two appropriations to DNR provide for the transfer of moneys from the petroleum inspection fund to the environmental fund. Under this bill, those appropriations are no longer to DNR but are instead miscellaneous appropriations.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.370 (2) (mu) of the statutes is renumbered 20.855 (4) (wc).

2. 20.370 (4) (mw) of the statutes is renumbered 20.855 (4) (we).

3. 25.46 (1e) of the statutes is amended to read:

25.46 (1g) The moneys transferred under s. 20.370 (4) (mw) 20.855 (4) (we) for environmental management.
