Under current law, the number of division administrator positions authorized to be employed outside the classified service in DCF is eight. This bill increases that number to nine.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

1. 230.08 (2) (e) 2m. of the statutes is amended to read:
230.08 (2) (e) 2m. Children and families — 8 9.
