The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.410 (1) (gn) of the statutes is created to read:
20.410 (1) (gn) Interstate compact for adult offender supervision. All moneys received from an offender submitting an interstate compact application to transfer supervision to another state, as prescribed by rule in accordance with s. 304.16 (1) (b) 1. and (5) (b), for the supervision of probationers, parolees, and persons on extended supervision.

involves a change in an appropriation that must be reflected in the revised schedule in s. 20.005, stats.
