Under current law, DNR is appropriated amounts from the general fund and the conservation fund to pay 50 percent of the costs of the removal and disposal of car kill deer from highways. Current law also appropriates to DNR amounts from the conservation fund to pay 50 percent of those costs. This bill repeals both appropriations.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.370 (3) (ad) of the statutes is repealed.
