Current law requires the Educational Communications Board to: 1) contract with the Milwaukee Area Technical College for television facilities access or for programs produced by the technical college; and 2) make expenditures to develop and update instructional television programs for use in schools. This bill eliminates these requirements.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.225 (1) (d) of the statutes is repealed.
****Note: This Section involves a change in an appropriation that must be reflected in the revised schedule in s. 20.005, stats.
Section
2. 39.11 (16g) of the statutes is repealed.
Section
3. 39.11 (18) of the statutes is repealed.
