This bill eliminates the requirement that DOA reasonably balance among geographic areas of this state certain grants and loans DOA makes to defray the housing costs of persons and families of low and moderate income.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:

1. 16.303 (2) (c) of the statutes is repealed.
