This bill requests that the Wisconsin Supreme Court establish a business court pilot program to provide a specialized court for commercial disputes.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 9142.
Nonstatutory provisions; Supreme Court.
(1) Business courts. The supreme court is requested to promulgate rules establishing a pilot project to create a specialized business court program for commercial disputes by January 1, 2019.
