This bill creates an allocation of moneys from Indian gaming receipts to American Indian tribes for the performance of a feasibility study for and development of a business plan for a youth wellness center.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.505 (8) (hm) (intro.) of the statutes is amended to read:

9258 (2mk), and all moneys that revert to this appropriation account from the appropriation accounts specified in subds. 1c. to 19., 22., and 23., less the amounts appropriated under par. (h) and s. 20.455 (2) (gc), for the purpose of

Section 9101.
Nonstatutory provisions; Administration.
(1)
Youth wellness center; tribal payment. From the appropriation account under section 20.505 (8) (hm) of the statutes, the department of administration shall pay $100,000 in each fiscal year of the 2017-19 fiscal biennium to American Indian tribes for performing a feasibility study for the creation of a youth wellness center and for developing a business plan for the creation of the youth wellness center.

Effective dates; Administration.
(1) Youth wellness center; tribal payment. The treatment of section 20.505 (8) (hm) (by Section 2
) of the statutes takes effect on July 1, 2019.
