This bill transfers $20,000,000 from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund in fiscal year 2017-18.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 9201.
Fiscal changes; Administration.
(1) Transfer to the budget stabilization fund. There is transferred from the general fund to the budget stabilization fund $20,000,000 in fiscal year 2017-18.
