Re-authorizing State Fair Park Board rulemaking authority
The bill authorizes the State Fair Park Board to promulgate rules governing the use of State Fair Park. Under current law, the board may not promulgate rules unless a subsequent law specifically authorizes the board to do so.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 227.111 (3) of the statutes is created to read:
227.111 (3) Subsection (2) does not apply to the state fair park board.
