Plan for green and environmentally friendly state procurement practices
This bill requires DOA to develop a plan to expand the use of green and environmentally friendly state procurement practices, and to provide the written plan to the governor by June 30, 2022.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 9101.
Nonstatutory provisions; Administration.
(1) Green and environmentally friendly procurement practices. The department of administration shall develop a plan to expand the use of green and environmentally friendly state procurement, as determined by the secretary of administration. The department shall submit the written plan to the governor by June 30, 2022.
