Cheese distribution
Under current law, the Department of Tourism must distribute donated, Wisconsin-made cheese at tourist information centers that the department operates. This bill eliminates that requirement.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 41.11 (5) of the statutes is repealed.
