This bill provides that DSPS or a credentialing board in DSPS may promulgate rules to facilitate enhanced license portability to help facilitate streamlined pathways to licensure for internationally trained professionals and increased reciprocity.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 440.03 (18) of the statutes is created to read:
440.03 (18) The department may promulgate rules to facilitate enhanced credential portability to help facilitate streamlined pathways to credentialing for internationally trained professionals and increased reciprocity.
Section
2. 440.035 (3) of the statutes is created to read:
440.035 (3) A credentialing board may promulgate rules to facilitate enhanced credential portability to help facilitate streamlined pathways to credentialing for internationally trained professionals and increased reciprocity.
