Stimulant prevention and treatment response programs
Under current law, DHS awards grants for certain community programs. This bill allows DHS to distribute up to $1,644,000 in each fiscal year to support stimulant use prevention and treatment programs and services.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section 1. 46.48 (34) of the statutes is created to read:
46.48 (34) Stimulant prevention and treatment response programs. The department may distribute not more than $1,644,000 in each fiscal year to support stimulant use prevention and treatment programs and services.
