Boys and Girls Clubs of Wisconsin
This bill requires DCF to provide funding annually to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wisconsin.
For further information see the state fiscal estimate, which will be printed as an appendix to this bill.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
Section
1. 20.437 (2) (er) of the statutes is created to read:
20.437 (2) (er) Boys and Girls Clubs of Wisconsin. The amounts in the schedule to provide funding to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wisconsin under s. 49.170.
****Note: This Section
involves a change in an appropriation that must be reflected in the revised schedule in s. 20.005, stats.
Section
2. 49.170 of the statutes is created to read:
49.170 Boys and Girls Clubs of Wisconsin. From the appropriation account under s. 20.437 (2) (er), the department shall provide funding annually to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Wisconsin.
****Note: I added this provision because there needs to be language granting program authority outside of an appropriation. Do you want to specify an amount?
