1997 WISCONSIN ACT
An Act to amend 125.33 (2) (h) of the statutes; relating to: allowing brewers and alcohol beverage wholesalers to contribute money or things of value to or for the benefit of certain festivals held in 2nd class cities.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do enact as follows:
SB360, s. 1 Section 1. 125.33 (2) (h) of the statutes is amended to read:
125.33 (2) (h) Contribute money or other things of value to or for the benefit of a nonprofit corporation, exempt under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code, as defined in s. 71.22 (4), which that is conducting festivals of limited duration in a 1st or 2nd class city if the festivals are sponsored and endorsed in whole or part by a municipal corporation.
