ENROLLED JOINT RESOLUTION
Relating to: the celebration and commemoration of Agri-View's 30 years of commitment to Wisconsin's agricultural industry.
Whereas, Agri-View was founded on June 20, 1975, in Marshfield, Wisconsin, and has become the largest weekly newspaper in Wisconsin serving the state's number one industry—agriculture; and
Whereas, Agri-View's forefathers and dedicated staff had the insight and vision to create a communication vehicle to serve those who share a commitment to Wisconsin and its agricultural heritage and future; and
Whereas, Agri-View has been an integral asset in the development of Wisconsin's agricultural industry, becoming a source of information and guidance for the community, production agriculture, and the Wisconsin farmer; and
Whereas, Agri-View has become an industry partner and respected instrument of up-to-date capital news, compelling livestock topics, cutting-edge dairy coverage, timely crop reports, and management tools for today's operations; and
Whereas, Agri-View continues to develop and challenge tomorrow's agribusiness leaders and producers to share pride in their endeavors and contributions to our state's and the nation's economy; now, therefore, be it
Resolved by the senate, the assembly concurring, That the members of the Wisconsin legislature honor Agri-View for its 30-year dedication to the state and its agricultural community and express their gratitude for the newspaper's unwavering support of the Wisconsin producer and industry.
