Announcements, Adjournment Honors, and Remarks Under Special Privilege
Senator Wanggaard, with unanimous consent, asked that the Senate adjourn in honor of Fire Fighter and Paramedic Jeffery C. Erickson of the Caledonia Fire Department who succumbed to medical issues received in the line of his firefighting duties. Jeff taught CPR for the fire department and Children’s Hospital and continued to serve the public for as long as his health allowed. He died on June 14th, 2021, a duty related death, after a long and courageous battle with lymphoblastic leukemia. Erik is remembered as someone who loved to live life to the fullest. He will be missed by many.
Senator Wanggaard, with unanimous consent, asked that the Senate adjourn in honor of Robert Ira Bush USAF who went Missing in Action (MIA) in Vietnam June 9th of 1969. Missing but not forgotten.
