This bill directs each school board to ensure that, beginning July 1, 1996, milk
produced from herds being administered synthetic bovine growth hormone is not
served in any public school.
The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
AB387, s. 1 3Section 1. 115.343 (6) of the statutes is created to read:
AB387,1,64 115.343 (6) Beginning July 1, 1996, the school board shall ensure that milk
5produced from herds being administered synthetic bovine growth hormone is not
6served in any public school.
