Analysis by the Legislative Reference Bureau
Current law limits the number of wild geese that may be harvested at the
Necedah refuge to 40% of the federally set quota for the entire state. This bill repeals
this limitation.

The people of the state of Wisconsin, represented in senate and assembly, do
enact as follows:
